萬邦外貿有限公司，位於台中市西屯區，屬貿易公司，總公司沙必利有限公司位於香港，生產工廠萬邦鞋業有限公司創建於1991年中國廣州，成立之初，主要從事多品牌運動鞋的製造。1992年與世界知名品牌 adidas開始攜手合作，1997年adidas成為萬邦唯一的合作夥伴，萬邦開始專一生產adidas運動鞋，2001年12月萬邦(清新)鞋業有限公司誕生了，工廠座落於清遠市清新縣，工廠佔地面積400畝，2003年開始投產，2006年9月廣州萬邦廠搬遷至清遠。爲了順應世界經濟潮流，萬邦積極進行全球化佈局，2006年萬邦在印度安得拉邦省興建了一座大型工廠，工廠佔地314英畝，在印度取得了特別經濟區的資格，創造了印度特別經濟區從簽約到投產最短的時間紀錄(11個月) ，萬邦印度廠於2006年12月正式投產，2016年在越南前江省成立第三生產基地。
萬邦擁有三大專門生產adidas運動鞋的生產基地，分別位於中國清遠與印度的安得拉邦省與越南的前江省，萬邦成立之初只有幾條生產線發展到如今有40個完整的生產單位，目前年產量達四千萬雙，員工30,000人，並擁有技術雄厚的開發中心及配套膠底廠、PU廠、模壓EVA射出中底廠、模具廠。
智慧科學化的管理模式以及完善的生產配套，奠定了萬邦雄厚的生產實力，在生產管理上，萬邦於2000年開始推行精益生產模式，並於2002年獲得adidas最佳精益生產模式獎。
