APA Victoria is an organisation that brings African professionals in Victoria together. Our aim is to connect and inspire our members to achieve whatever inspires them.
APA includes members from more than 20 African countries, with our largest numbers coming from Ghana, Uganda, Congo, Ethiopia, Malawi, Tanzania, Somali, South Africa, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria Mauritania, Gambia, Seychelles, Chad and Sudan.
Our membership is represented by 15 different professions including Accountants, Medical doctors, Nurses, Human Resource Managers, IT, Engineers, Geologists, Business Development Managers, Lawyers, Teachers, Welfare officers, Community workers and Scientists.
We focus on three key areas including:

- Business entrepreneurship; and
- Community development.
We are motivated to pursue and achieve continued positive professional relevance and impact, among professionals of African origin and the Australian community at large.
