Manufacturing high-quality conveyor belts are our top priority, which is why every product is produced locally, proudly Australian made. This creates shorter lead times for our customers as we have secure stock. We produce no wastage when manufacturing our conveyor belts as the off-cuts from our products are 100% recyclable, melted down and reused.
To ensure peak performance and a high standard of safety from our belts, they are created from polyurethane or polyester for their hard-wearing, hygienic and homogeneous qualities- ideal for high contamination environments. This sets us apart from the competition as we are the only manufacturer of 100% polyurethane and polyester homogenous conveyor belting within Australia.
Our belts' construction and the selected materials are an innovative solution to common challenges other conveyor belts cannot overcome.
We chose polyurethane for its durability and cut, tear and abrasion-resistant characteristics. Conveyor belts constructed from polyurethane are suitable for high wear applications in the brick and tile industry or timber and steel processing.
Our polyester belts are non-absorbing and easy to clean. They are manufactured without fabric piles and are ideal for wet applications where regular cleaning is required. Polyester conveyor belts are recommended for processing fruit and vegetables or cheese, milk, meat and poultry.
Our conveying belts are a hygienic solution for food processing as the molecular structure of our high-quality materials has a moisture absorption rate of 0.4%. This means bacteria do not have an opportunity to grow. Our products are internationally approved by the AQIS, USDA and meet FDA requirements for contact with dry, bulky, fatty and wet foods.
