We are a nationally-renowned award winning practice of over 40 almies, consisting of dedicated architects, urban designers and teams.
Founded in 2003 by Ar. Mei Chee Seong and Ar. Liew Tze Siang, aLM is a multi-disciplinary firm with vision to create noteworthy architecture that integrates artistic and scientific values at every stage of design. We hold a wealth of experience designing and delivering innovative and socially sustainable buildings with emphasis on unique design solutions at the core of understanding programmatic and client’s budgetary parameters.
People are at the heart of everything we do, be it in design approach and the way our practice runs. We always convey a fresh and holistic approach to each new design challenge, creating spaces and places with unique identity and purpose that are well-used. From the business perspective, we listen, respect and collaborate actively with clients, consultants and specialists to ensure design excellence.
Over a periods from the 2000s to today, our practice has designed wide range of high quality, well designed and deliverable projects, from small to large scale urban and regional planning as well as a variety of architecture - residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, government, public service and mixed development. Responding to the demands of this dynamic and evolving built-environment, our cross discipline design thinking spans all of life’s activities on par with green building, sustainability and heritage conversation configuration.
Apart from professional architectural services, we also specialise in providing consultancy services in project management and feasibility studies that draw from over 15 years of accumulated knowledge and we are now a recognised national practice in the design of architecture for both public and private sector.
