Dr. Ei-Ling Tan is a career acceleration strategist who specialises in fast-tracking the careers of professionals that want to make more impact, influence and income with a focus on leadership with integrity and responsibility.
She is a certified RAPID Results coach with over 18 years of corporate experience who hired, built and managed high performance teams around the world. Ei-Ling graduated with a Doctorate in Science before entering the corporate world. She not only secured her first role, but scored a promotion before her first day! Using the same techniques, her career moved fast, managing international teams within 2 years and eventually served on the Board of Directors in an international organisation to provide input and direction into their business strategies. It was during this time that she discovered her passion in helping people achieve their career goals through mentoring and championing their aspirations.
Today, Ei-Ling consults for the corporate world and is the Founder of Align and Accelerate, a coaching and leadership developement business that helps many to achieve their goals at their own pace through a successful ‘rinse and repeat formula’ that helps secure and retain the role you have been coveting.
