AIESEC is the world's largest non-political, independent, not-for-profit youth-run organization developing the leadership potential of young people. Locally, AIESEC in Malaysia empowers youth leadership through various portfolios such as professional internships, community projects, conferences, Byte-sized Leadership Programme and Youth Speak Forum. We hope to develop more young leaders for a united Malaysia. 🤝
We actively engage with our 500-600 membership in 20-25 public and private universities in Malaysia. Our members have at least one year of team leading experience & basic management knowledge and are aware of their personal values. Yearly, we survey with the youth in Malaysia to provide youth insight that helps the industry to develop youth talent in the workplace.
