HISTORY
The Schinella name has a long and proud business history spanning three generations. Widely respected in both Broken Hill, New South Wales and Adelaide, South Australia, they are known for their outstanding customer service. They have enjoyed success in numerous commercial enterprises, serving the community for over 80 years.
Pat Schinella opened his first real estate business in Broken Hill, building a highly successful company which grew to become Broken Hill's largest real estate agency. His unrivalled work ethic saw him earn numerous awards – culminating in the Chairman's Circle Award and Diamond Award to recognise his achievement as the Number One Salesperson in Australasia in a major international real estate network. Building on this success Pat and DeArna opened their agency in Adelaide, quickly growing to become one of the most successful offices in their network.
Pat brings this wealth of business knowledge, and experience to Agency Avenue. DeArna is a highly educated and driven businessperson who adds energy, innovative marketing ideas and an understanding of cutting edge marketing methods.
