Our team of fully accredited professionals includes Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and Fitness Instructors who are passionate about patient-centred care and community health.
Our Physiotherapists provide personalised treatment plans to help you recover from injury or illness and improve your overall physical function. Our Exercise Physiologists offer customised exercise programs to help you manage chronic diseases, improve your fitness, and prevent injuries.
Our facilities include a purpose-built hydrotherapy pool, gymnasium, and treatment rooms. In mid-2023, we will also be launching a purpose-built sensory gym fully equipped with specialised equipment for children with sensory-processing issues. Our gymnasium also has state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment suitable for people of all ages and conditions.
