Phil & Mel Sorgiovanni purchased Kalazich Smith & Associates in 2008 with the dream to create the business they had always wanted to be a part of and work for. This became the foundation for a family business that is a leader in industry excellence, committed to community and also a great place to work!
In 2012 Phil & Mel decided to define their business through a brand name that reflected their vision and the passion of their team and Activewest Real Estate was born. ‘Active in real estate, Active in the Community’. Giving back is something they are extremely passionate about.
So how are we different to everyone else? We never lose sight of the fact that to be a part of your real estate journey is our privilege. We love great results all round, from helping you to achieve your dreams to assisting our team in achieving theirs.
