At Activate Health and Movement, we understand the challenges and impact having a Chronic disease/condition or injury can have on your health and your quality of life. We specialise in the prevention, treatment and management of chronic disease, injury, and disability. We are a team of dedicated Allied Health professionals who are passionate about building strong relationships with our clients to provide a high level of health and wellbeing services. Our aim is to empower our clients to take back control of their health using evidence-based interventions. We work with you to provide education on your condition and prescribe safe and effective exercise interventions aimed at reducing your symptoms and improving your health.
We pride ourselves on providing access to affordable health care services and remaining up to date with the latest research to use evidence-based practice to educate and utilise exercise for the prevention, treatment, and management of a wide range of conditions. We are a locally owned business and very passionate about our community.
