Description
Created in 1975, Accueil Singapour is a non-profit organisation apolitical and without religious attachment, entirely directed and animated by volunteers.
Social link creator, the association is gathering around 500 French-speaking families of 20 nationalities. 50-80 volunteers support each year the installation and adaptation of hundreds of expatriate families in this new life experience.
We want to assist everyone to discover and enjoy all Singapore has to offer. We organise dozens of meetings each week, including discovery tours, artistic and sporting activities, conferences, job’s tips... Our key words are conviviality, kindness, sharing and solidarity.
The association is part of the network of the FIAFE bringing together the reception of French-speaking expatriates all over the world.
*** A successful expatriation can also go through a job search or through the realization of a professional or training project. Accueil SingaPro is the branch of Accueil Singapour dedicated to supporting jobseekers in Singapore’s workplace. Its team of volunteers organize:
- a network and place to exchange
- monthly company meetings: Café Pro
- thematic conferences and workshops (adapting your CV, coaching, preparation for job interviews, use your social networks…)
- Business oriented English courses with professionals
