ARSA is managed by its founding partner Datuk Dr Abdul Raman bin Saad. The firm originated in Johor Bahru (amongst the largest in Southern Peninsula Malaysia) and eventually branched out to Melaka and Klang Valley.
ARSA focuses on banking, corporate finance, commercial law, real estate, telecommunication law and litigation. A small subset of our practice also includes Islamic Estate Planning (Hibah & Wills) and Company Secretarial Services.
Our mission - "Service with Excellence" - aims to deliver uncompromising legal services with upmost dedication to our clients.
