Yogi Sugito, selaku Rektor Universitas Brawijaya bersamaan dengan Dies Natalis Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian ke 14 di halaman Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya. ⁣Berdirinya ABC berangkat dari hasil sarasehan dari ketiga jurusan yang ada di Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian bahwa mahasiswa FTP membutuhkan sebuah wadah untuk belajar berwirausaha.⠀
