A charitable non-for-profit organisation funded by a small training contribution on the sale of clay bricks and concrete masonry and a matching contribution from participating brick and block manufacturers.
Our business model is agile and flexible in an ever-changing environment to ensure we are in a position to meet industry challenges and increased demand through a cohesive and organised business model which is focussed on the following four pillars - Attract, Prepare, Placement and Retain.
We also work to close existing gaps in capability and services, whilst optimising efficiency and capacity to address the skills shortage across the industry. This includes balance the growing demands on the organisation through innovation, thought leadership, organisation change, and an expanded geographical footprint.
This business model now reflects our strategic objectives and will drive a suite of operational activities which are focused on candidate care, the apprentice pipeline, filling vacancies, individual and team responsibilities.
