AAPES (The Australian Academy of Parkour, Exercise and Self-defence) is Australia's largest Parkour academy with the two largest indoor Parkour training centres in NSW, in TEMPE and CHULLORA. The CHULLORA centre is the largest centre in the country.
Our highly skilled and experienced instructors teach Parkour, Freerunning, Self-defence and Martial Arts in both the corporate and private arena, and for all age groups. Out of AAPES also originates many of the most visually dynamic and impressive acrobatic performances in Australia.
