3PC provides Workforce Optimisation services including Managed Labour specialising in Container Pack / Unpack, and measurable Value-Added Services – labelling, put away, picking, loading out, kitting, co-packing and more.

We started in Melbourne in 2009 as a safe, reliable and cost-saving alternative to casual labour-hire.

Wanting our clients and employees to think positively of us, is what drives us and our current capabilities to deliver value at lower costs to our clients nationally.

Experience with working across 100s of sites has taught us how to lift productivity and drive down costs across a broad range of applications and activities.

We understand the need to be flexible. So, you’ll find us open to ideas and willing to get creative. We’ll look for opportunities where others see problems.

Our focus remains; provide customers with crews to help them become more efficient. Be Safer. Work smarter. Do more with fewer people. Be present with full crews on site every shift.

Doing this has grown the business to more than 250 clients, and our national workforce to 1,500+.
