3E method® is a method introduced by en-Japan, including “Evaluation”, “Employment” and “Education”. These activities support Employers to recruit and develop the right person for the right job. The method helps us deliver our long-term vision of “Success after joining”, in which we support jobseekers and employers at all stages of recruitment, including post - recruitment development journey.

As part of “Evaluation” in The 3E Method, 3E-IP Test is a comprehensive tool for employers to understand personality and intelligence of potential candidates and existing employees. The result of the 3E-IP test is crucial to make the right hiring decision and deliver appropriate leadership.

Phương pháp 3E® (3E Method) là một phương pháp được giới thiệu bởi tập đoàn en-Japan, bao gồm 03 bước “Đánh Giá”, “Tuyển Dụng” và “Đào Tạo”. Các hoạt động này hỗ trợ nhà tuyển dụng tìm đúng nhân tài và phát triển con người phù hợp với vị trí công việc.
