3TOM was founded in 2013 and our purpose is to empower, connect and celebrate women. We are a group of like-minded professional women in funds management based in Sydney. We aim to create a supportive network and to build meaningful and lasting relationships on a professional and personal level.
We organise social and educational events where networks can be fostered organically. We meet every 3rd Thursday of the month (3TOM) to catch up with industry peers, colleagues and friends and to make new connections.
