The 15 Minute Challenge is an online team-based 6-week exercise challenge that helps employees build a sustainable healthy habit of daily exercise and reach the WHO physical activity guidelines - creating a physically active, mentally resilient and highly engaged workforce.
Over 130 organisations including Standard Chartered, Dell, Motorola and Tetra Pak have integrated the challenge into their workplace wellbeing programs, with over 50,000 participants already completing the challenge. Research about the challenge - done in partnership with the University of South Australia - has been published in the peer-reviewed Healthcare Journal and outcomes featured in Men’s Health, Women's Health, and the European Commission.
The program excels at reaching and motivating beginners - the group that benefits most from small, achievable habit changes. 80% complete the full 6-week program with 74% still maintaining their new daily exercise habit 6 months after the challenge.
In addition, we recently launched a new 6-week mental wellbeing program called the 5 Minute Wellbeing Challenge, designed to help employees improve their mental wellbeing in just 5 minutes a day.
