The 10% Foundation (10PCF) is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to advancing digital social equity and inclusion.
We support the community through partnerships, education, and empowering brave individuals to embark on their entrepreneurial journey and thrive, while building an ecosystem committed to making a positive impact in society through digital empowerment, innovation, and transformation.
The foundation's name comes from research by the scientists at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. According to this research, when 10 per cent of the population holds an unshakable belief, it will be adopted by the majority of society.
